Dry ice blasting
Dry ice blasting is a cleaning process in which dry ice pellets are shot onto surfaces at high speed to remove dirt. It is effective, gentle and environmentally friendly.
The process is suitable for metal, plastic, wood, glass, Alcantara and many other surfaces - even sensitive materials are not damaged.
Yes, no chemicals are used and the dry ice sublimates without leaving any residue.

Dry ice production and
sales
Dry ice is produced by the liquefaction and subsequent depressurization of carbon dioxide (CO₂). In the process, the CO₂ is compressed into ice.
Yes, we offer dry ice in various forms and quantities for different applications.
Dry ice sublimates within 24-72 hours depending on storage. It should be stored in well-insulated containers. These are supplied with your order.

Dry ice blasting machines
We offer a selection of powerful dry ice blasting machines, including the compact and mobile Gear Mini (only currently available). Further machines in various sizes will follow shortly.
The Gear Mini combines compact size with powerful performance and is ideal for flexible applications in small to medium-sized projects.
Clean the machine regularly and check hoses and nozzles for blockages. For detailed maintenance instructions, we recommend our manual.

Technology
The machine accelerates dry ice pellets with compressed air and hurls them onto the surface, where they loosen and vaporize dirt.
There are various nozzles, such as flat jet and round jet nozzles, which can be used depending on the cleaning task.
The exact requirements depend on the model. For example, the Gear Mini requires a standard power connection and a compressed air supply of at least 6 bar. To utilize the optimum performance of the Gear Mini , you should have 10 bar. The flow rate should be 550-1500 L/min to achieve optimum results. Detailed information can be found in the technical specifications of your machine.

Areas of application
It is used in the automotive industry, food production, the pharmaceutical industry, fire damage restoration and much more.
Yes, it is perfect for cleaning engines, wheel rims and sensitive paintwork.
